What is sciatica?
Sciatica describes pain, tingling or numbness that travels along the sciatic nerve, from the low back through the buttock and down the leg. It's most often caused by a herniated disc, spinal stenosis or tight muscles pressing on the nerve.
How we treat sciatica
- Spinal decompression to take pressure off the nerve
- Chiropractic care to improve spinal movement
- Physical therapy for nerve mobility, core strength and posture
- Acupuncture and laser therapy for pain relief
