Rehab that helps you stay strong, steady and independent
Neurological conditions can change how you walk, balance and move through your day. Neuro physical therapy uses targeted, repetitive practice to help your brain and body build new connections, so everyday tasks feel safer and easier. Our goal is to help you keep doing the things that matter to you, and to reduce your risk of falls.
Conditions we work with
- Stroke recovery
- Parkinson's disease
- Multiple sclerosis

What treatment focuses on
Sessions may include balance and gait training, strength and coordination work, task-specific practice for daily activities, and a home program your family can help with.
What to expect at your first visit
Your first visit includes a detailed evaluation of your balance, walking, strength and coordination, plus a conversation about your goals at home and in the community. Family members or caregivers are welcome to come along.
Frequently asked questions
Is it too late to start therapy years after a stroke?
Many people continue to make meaningful gains long after a stroke. An evaluation will show which goals are realistic for you.
Can physical therapy help with Parkinson's disease?
Yes. Exercise and targeted training can help with balance, walking speed, posture and confidence, and are an important part of managing Parkinson's.
