What to expect at your first visit
Your first visit includes a full evaluation: we'll talk through your history and goals, test your strength, flexibility and movement, and explain what we find in plain language. You'll leave with a treatment plan and a few exercises to start at home. Most sessions run 30 to 60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
