Your visits
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. For acupuncture, loose clothing that rolls up to the knees and elbows is best.
How long is a session?
Physical therapy sessions usually run 30 to 60 minutes, and acupuncture sessions about 45 minutes to an hour.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition and goals. Some patients feel relief within a few sessions; lasting results usually come from a consistent plan over several weeks. We'll give you an estimate after your evaluation.
Is it normal to feel sore after treatment?
Mild soreness after early sessions is common, especially when you're moving in ways you haven't in a while. Let your provider know how you feel so they can adjust your plan.
